This policy covers “Hermes Agent”, a self-hosted assistant used solely by the individual who installed it. There are no other users, no sign-up, and no service offered to third parties.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — 唯讀讀取郵件內容與中繼資料，用於閱讀信件及產生摘要。https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — 唯讀讀取行事曆活動，用於查詢與提醒行程。本程式不要求任何寫入權限，技術上無法寄信、改信、刪信或變更行事曆。
資料僅用於回應操作者本人在自有裝置上發出的請求，例如「今天有什麼行程」或「彙整最近的未讀信件」。 不用於廣告、不用於分析、不用於訓練任何機器學習模型、不做使用者剖析。
Data is used only to answer requests made by the operator on their own device. It is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or to train machine-learning models.
OAuth 憑證（access token 與 refresh token）儲存於操作者自有電腦的本機檔案系統，不上傳至任何伺服器。 郵件與行事曆內容為即時取用，僅存在於處理當下的記憶體中，不建立永久資料庫或副本。 操作者可隨時刪除本機憑證檔案，即刻終止所有存取。
OAuth credentials are stored on the operator’s own computer’s local filesystem and are never uploaded to any server. Mail and calendar content is fetched on demand and held only in memory for the duration of a request; no persistent copy or database is created. Deleting the local credential file immediately and permanently ends all access.
不販售、不出租、不交換、不揭露任何 Google 使用者資料給第三方。 本程式運作時會將使用者輸入送交大型語言模型供應商以產生回覆；除非操作者於當次請求中明確要求處理特定信件或行程，否則不會傳送郵件或行事曆內容。
Google user data is never sold, rented, traded, or disclosed to any third party. The assistant sends the operator’s prompts to a large-language-model provider in order to generate replies; mail or calendar content is included only when the operator explicitly asks for that specific content to be processed in that request.
Hermes Agent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
操作者可隨時前往 Google 帳戶的「第三方應用程式存取權」 移除本程式的授權，或直接刪除本機憑證檔案。
